4. Custom Orders

• Custom jewellery orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

• Once work has commenced, changes to design, size, or materials may incur additional charges.

• Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., faulty goods).

• Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may vary depending on material availability and workshop schedules.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Australia-wide shipping and select international shipping.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  We are not liable for delays caused by postal/courier services.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery or once tracking confirms delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• For ready-made items purchased online:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

• For faulty goods, we will comply with Australian Consumer Law and offer repair, replacement, or refund.

• Custom-made pieces and items altered at the customer’s request are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Sizing & Repairs

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing at the time of order.

• Resizing after purchase may incur a fee plus shipping costs.

• We offer repair services for our own jewellery; charges apply unless covered by warranty.
